Ancillary Business Registration Details

Third-party businesses that transport or dispose of medical cannabis or green waste must register with the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission.

This form can be used by a business that wants to register with the Commission to work in conjunction with licensed growers, processors, and/or dispensaries. 

Ancillary businesses that may register with the Commission:

 - Security Guard Agencies

 - Secure Transportation Companies

 - Waste Disposal Companies

 - Independent Laboratory Testing
