The Kim Lamphier Bikeways Network Program provides grant support for a wide range of bicycle transportation development activities. The Program supports the planning, design and construction of projects that maximize bicycle access and mobility by creating low-traffic-stress facilities to encourage mode shift. The Bikeways Program seeks to leverage past investments in bicycle facilities, complement existing local, state, and federal programs.
