The Maryland Agricultural Fair Board (MAFB) fosters agriculture by promoting and assisting agricultural fairs and exhibits through an annual grant program. Agricultural fairs, shows, and other qualifying events are eligible to apply to receive a reimbursable grant that assists with the payment of premiums, ribbons, or other awards to exhibitors. Please complete this application for consideration of the MAFB for Calendar Year 2026.

Review the steps - read carefully

    The Maryland Agricultural Fair Board will review your application. You will receive an email notification when a decision has been made regarding your application.

  4. Submit After Activity Report

    If you are awarded a grant, you are required to submit an After Activity Report within 45 days of your event's end date. You will receive an email with a link to the form after the event.
