Maryland Department of Natural Resources - Bill of Sale for a Vessel (B-118)

All applicants are required to have a DNR ID to complete this application, including all joint owners and partnership or corporation owners. If you do not have a DNR ID, then please register for a DNR ID first and then return to this application and enter your DNR ID in the appropriate form field.

Bill of Sale

This form (B118) should be completed by the seller only, and is used to provide information needed about the vessel. 

DNR ID

All applicants, including vessel co-owners, are required to have a DNR ID in order to complete this application. If you do not have a DNR ID, then please Click Here to Register for a DNR ID. Applicants will be provided with a web link via email to schedule an appointment with an LRS Associate should you wish to meet with an LRS Associate.
