Nutrient Management Continuing Education Approval
This form should be completed by Certified Consultants from the Maryland Nutrient Management Program for each Continuing Education activity (s)he organizes to be approved for CEUs/hours.
- This form can be submitted as many times as required. One form should submitted for each individual activity organized.
- This form can be submitted for BOTH Urban and Agriculture Continuing Education activities.
- Each form should be submitted well in advance so that the Nutrient Management Program can approve and assign CEUs/hours BEFORE the activity takes place.
- Once the activity is approved by the Maryland Nutrient Management Program, a blank sign-in sheet will be generated for the Certified Consultant to print, complete with participant info, and upload in the OneStop portal. Once uploaded to the OneStop portal, the Maryland Nutrient Management Program will review and allocate Continuing Education credits to each participant.

Fill out & submit course/workshop information
Required information includes course/workshop name, dates, and Nutrient Management Program topics that will be covered. Proof that the applicant is a Certified Consultant by the Nutrient Management Program is required as well.

Maryland Nutrient Management Program reviews course/workshop information
A Program Specialist will review your course/workshop information for completeness, validity, and relevance to the Nutrient Management Program. If approved, a Course # and CEUs/hours will be allocated. A blank sign-in sheet will also be generated and sent to the applicant.

Certified Consultant prints Sign-in Sheet, take to course/workshop for participants to fill in During the approved course/workshop, the Certified Consultant should ensure that ALL participants fill-out their information on the paper sign-in sheet. The Certified Consultant should retain the completed paper sign-in sheet.

Certified Consultant uploads digital version of Sign-in Sheet to OneStop
After the course/workshop has concluded, the Certified Consultant should scan or take a photo of the completed sign-in sheet and upload it into the OneStop portal. The digital sign-in sheet will be sent to the Maryland Nutrient Management Program for review.

Nutrient Management Program reviews Sign-in Sheet, registers CEUs/hours to participant files
A Program Specialist will review the uploaded digital Sign-In Sheet for completeness and validity. If accepted, previously allocated course/workshop CEUs/hours will be added to each participant's file.
