This Maryland license allows individuals to hold an additional Broker License, which will provide brokerage services in the state of Maryland as a broker. Obtaining an Additional Broker License allows a Broker to own and operate more than one brokerage. Licenses are granted for a two-year term beginning on the date they were issued.
